I had been to all possible places for my shoulder and back. There are some degenerative issues which are not repairable but the alternate route of strengthening mussels adopted by QI Clinic is helping. I have slip disc and sciatica nerve pain because of which I was not able to walk for more than 5 minutes as the pain would increase.
