Had upper back pain due to long hours of desk work, from past many years they diagnosed the issue correctly and with there spine analysis machine able to provide me reports on which area need to be worked on and with 2-3 month of weekly sessions my upper back pain has reduces drastically and have started working on the core strengthening. Dr. Rakshita is also very patient with understanding problems and discussing the correct exercise. Would defiantly recommend for anyone with spine related issues.
